This stuff is a MUST HAVE ! Seriously . I just tried it on capellas gram cracker and it made it amazing . It tastes like a sweet sugary gram cracker now .Think of a letting a sweet gram cracker melt in your mouth like when you dip it in milk and it gets soggy but has so much more flavor and sweetness . Its crazy good and adds unbelievable depth and body too with extra breadyiness . I will never use gram cracker flavoring without it for now on . I tried it on TPA gram cracker as well . The TPA gram cracker by itself is ok but pretty weak and has no sweetness .Well it made it taste awesome like the capellas gram cracker . I then used a drop in some popcorn juices and again the popcorn just blew up with taste and the butter came out even more too .

THIS IS GOOD STUFF . Im thinking it will work great on a bunch of flavors like FA cookie etc .

I also tried two drops in capellas gram cracker at 15% and it tastes like cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal with extra sugar . NICE! Two drops(double TPA recommendation) is a little strong though .

I diluted it down 4 drops AP to 6ml PG btw

I did something weird too . I did 5% Cap strawberries and cream ,5% gram cracker and 2 drops of AP and it made a awesome fried apple/cinnamon oatmeal taste . So random but its really good . lol

I may just use a drop of this stuff in everything i mix lol

I havent tried any of the other molecules from TPA but now that this one is so good i may try others too .

Heres a link to where you can get acetyl Pyrazine . A 4ml bottle will last a 10 lifetimes .
Perfumers Apprentice - Nutty Notes

Heres the specs from Tpa's site

Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (PG)

taste description:
at 10.00 ppm. Roasted, nutty, bready and yeasty, with popcorn and corn chip nuances
good for graham gracker flavors (enhancer)
Mosciano, Gerard P&F 17, No. 1, 41, (1992)

CAS # 22047-25-2
FEMA # 3126

can use up to 10.0000 ppm in the flavor. (refers to the undiluted material)

It definitly not one of those things that are barely noticeable . I have a problem getting lots of flavor sometimes and this really does the trick .

so it says that its a roasted, nutty flavor but you describe it more as a sweet flavor?

Its hard to explain . It is roasty and not exactly nutty but more like gram crackerish/nutty undertone which is kinda sweet . WHen you add it to a sweet flavor it enhances the sweetness a lot though .
