So, Ths is what i have ordered, i just posted this in the ask the vets, but figured i'd see what everyone has to say as well.
Is my set up going to be efficient for intermediate cloud chasing and flavor?

Mod:
Smaug 150w Box

tank:
Aspire Atlantis

batteries:
Imren 18650 3.7V Li-MN 2500MAH High drain Rechargeable Battery 40A (x2)
* These are flat top, and i have yet to find anything stating whether the Smaug will support them.

juice:
(Flavor of Choice) @ full VG.

Thanks in advance.

That's almost exactly what I'm using..except I'm running the Atlantis on my 150w IPV3 with the Imren 38A batts,..using 100% VG at 35-40w produces thick clouds and awesome flavor with the air control set to the widest slot... I think you're really gonna like your new setup! [emoji4]

The only thing that jumped out at me in your list were the batteries. These IMO are likely 20 amp LG or Samsung re-wraps. If that's what they are they will support 100 watts just fine, but 150 watts will be over their 20A rating.

Now, you're using the Aspire Atlantis attys which don't do well above 40 watts anyways, so this will not be a problem with them. If however you switch to something that can use more than 100 watts, watch out for these batteries heating up.

Thanks for the input, i really hope so, i think after all is said and done, it is a pretty affordable setup at around ~$200. I'm currently using a Fury S with the batteries i mentioned, and my aspire. I already get pretty decent clouds, but i do feel like my flavor is stifled at times. It's enjoyable though, i just want something a bit more...."boxy" :)

Just so you know the Imren 38A batts run my RDA's on my IPV3 just fine..builds run between .2-.3 ohms, and at 85-100w my batts don't even get warm..its a regulated mod, with battery protection. ..no worries at all
