My steampunk wooden e-pipe

I got this Chinese pipe mod the other day and knew right away it needed some customizing. The gears and the handle on the top came from Hobby Lobby. The brass balls are shotgun sights. I cut the accent pieces from brass stock and proceeded to put a piece of it half way through my finger in the process. The handle on top is notched so that the brass piece works as a lock. The tank is one of the new Smoktech pyrex tanks wrapped in copper wire. I also added an ego thread cover the make it flow with the tank. I will try to get better pictures of it with my Nikon instead of my iPhone.

heh - steam pipes are particularly easy to steampunk sort of a natural progression.
You did a very good job. Mine was just a combination of stuff I got for it with battery extenders and stuff from the hardware store.
