This is my experience so far.

Ordered a Super-6 on 2/12/10
For $170.00. Received it on 3/21

It would not work and I found out the $50 of 801 attys don't work so I ordered a different type.

It leaked like crazy so I ordered a 510 adaptor for $41 on 4/4/10
I received it on 5/1/10.

The adaptor did not fit the threads.

My $210 Super-6 is still not in use after 3 months. I'm not counting money wasted on attys that would not fit.

I though in February that I was ordering the best mod out there and was willing to pay for the best.

I know this board if filled with Super T worshipers but you can see the validity of my complaint. I of course bought another mod that I could use since they sell them when they are in stock which was another expense.

That is my experience so far. David's a nice guy but I feel like I got screwed

I'm really sorry you had these problems.

I had a chance to look through my emails and i see that you emailed me in april saying the 510's cap's threads were tight and didn't screw on properly and i wrote you back saying, no problem, send it in and I'd fix and/or have another unit ready to go should it not be fixable. Did you ever send it back for replacement and/or fixing because i sure would have done anything to make the problem right, my reputation is much more important then money.

Also, to help others who might have the same problems with atomizers, could you list which brand you had that didn't fit? I have had some 510 brands of atomizers that screw on really hard as the threads are tight, but thats a simple fix to run a tap through it (they come from the machine shop machined with what is called a "single point"), plus, i've started running a tap through all caps now prior to shipment to avoid this problem in the future.

I apologize for your bad experiences. I hope you will give me the opportunity to fix them.

This has to be the first really bad experience I have read about, David seems like the type of guy that will make things right.

Absolutely, others have had defects in product or workmanship with my products, its the nature of manufacturing a product, things can and do go wrong and that's where the warranty comes in and Super T has one of the best warranties in the business and i stand behind my products for everyone.

I used to work in a very high end machine shop. We made SS and aluminium parts for high pressure vacuum systems, semiconductor manufacturing and particle accelerators. Even with five levels of QA procedures and testing, a bad part would occasionally be sent out to a customer. It happens, that's just how it is. It sucks that it happened to you:(. Send it back, David will make it right :toast:. IMHO you did purchase the best mod out there and along with it you'll get the best customer service, if you use it.:2c:

Just to throw in my 2c on Super-t, last week I received my super-t stainless steel drip tip, and judging by the amazing quality of it, I'll definitely be ordering a precise once the new larger battery versions come out. The drip tip is very well made and snaps into 510 atomizers perfectly. I have owned many e-cigs, but nothing comes close to the quality of super-t.

I finally had time to get to one of those mail places to ship it but they said I have to get to the post office to ship it to a PO box.

You have always been helpful but I have about given up. I will send it back if I can get to a post office this weekend.

Your mods all seem great but face it we are nicotine addicts and we count on having these things. I was shopping for a backup mod and realized how much time and money I put into this one and it got to me.

I definitely understand your frustrations, but please see it from my perspective:

You messaged me last month saying the 510 cap you ordered didn't fit, i immediately replied and said i could replace it and that i would even have an extra one ready so you didn't have to wait.

You messaged me back saying that you weren't using the unit at the moment and asked if you could send the whole thing in to look at it and i said no problem and even told you that i would give your unit a new polish job before sending it back to you. I also provided my shipping address for you.

Nearly a month has gone by now, no unit was ever returned to me so that i could fix the problem and yet, i log on to find this post.

My products are made by machine and assembled by hand, it is inevitable that sometimes things will not work. The real testament of a business is not when everything goes smooth, its how they honor their warranty when things don't work, and for you, i feel that i did my part. My offer still stands to fix or replace your product and i'll even shine it back up like new as promised.

I'm going to lock this thread as we've both said our sides. If you need my ship address again, feel free to PM me. Again, i apologize for the inconvenience.

David G.
