I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I don't work for V2. I purchased a V2 $12.99 kit from my local A-Plus Sunoco.i was im line paying for gas and looked up and saw that they had the kits for that price. I decide to quit smoking right there and bought it. I've been smoking almost 20 years.its been almost a month and V2 cig is a life saver.after a month of use it started not lasting nowhere near as long as when I first got it. when I first got it I was getting around 250 pulls but after a short time I was only getting around 30 pulls. I went back to the store and he would not exchange it. I continue to use it because I didn't want to buy cigarettes but I had to charge it 3 times a day. two days later I decide to call V2. I wasn't expecting them to exchange it but I kinda just wanted to give them my opinion on their product. I was kinda in a bad mood because of what I was going through. She took it like a champ. The chick was real nice and reassured me that I just got a bad battery. Right there she decided to send me a brand new one. She also sent me a five pack of menthol and a disposable menthol cig. I know there's other products out there like the Ego and other great ecigs, but for me V2 is easy. I hope I didn't ramble on too much. I just wanted to give my opinion. Also everything I'm learning is from this forum. thanks

V2 was my very first starter kit. I tink it was like $50 or so. Came with two batteries and a bunch of other stuff. I really liked them a lot. But I only had them for a couple months before one of the batteries just stopped working. But it had a one year warranty so I sent it back no questions asked and they promptly replaced it. But a couple of months later another battery just up and quits. So I go through the same routine of sending it back, they asked no questions and promptly replaced it. But low and behold wouldn't you know it another battery stops working, I'm tired of messing with them, use the other one for a few more weeks and it too stopped working entirely. I really liked the flavors and the willingness to replace the batteries with out any fuss. But I just didn't want to keep messing with batteries that seemed to have a poor track record. I got myself a nice Kgo starter kit and never went back to a cigalike. So I don't have anything bad to say about the company other than the product not being as reliable as I had hoped for. They had very nice customer service.

V2 helped me quit the stinkies. Think I smoked them for about 2+ years. customer service was awesome. They must have replaced 5-6 batteries over the two years. Was supposed to mail back defective ones but never did....... I have not ordered from them in close to a year (gave my kit to my GF) , two days ago I get 10 carts in the mail for free. New product, try these. I did try them, they are improved, but I don't think I could ever go backwards.

I also started with V2 and loved them. I started with the stick battery and carts and then got their passthrough and the EX Blanks which was their little tank. I loved it! It was a very warm vape and I could fill it with any juice I wanted. Now I have 7 REO's and haven't touched the V2's in about 6 months. I still have 4 passthroughs, about 15 EX Blanks and about 50 carts........just sitting in the back of the cabinet.

(I may have to go visit the pay-it-forward group).....
