. WIth the 20% off, it's too good of a deal to pass up. I received the njoy and was pleasantly surprised, until i took the 3rd puff :? . I actually recorded this on video
. I suppose I won't post it because I still like the company, despite my troubles. So, as it turned out, I have a weak atomizer or shallow head atomizer (w.e.). Either way, I needed it replaced. Njoy pleasantly shipped me another atomizer via ups ground 4-5 day delivery (i spent 25 bucks to get the njoy device 2nd day), but once again (w.e.). I finally receive the atomizer and pop it in with a fresh new battery. I go to put in the cartridge and, UH OH, the cartridges don't fit
. I scour through all of them until i find one that fits relatively easier than the others. I am actually pleased when i take the next 12-15 puffs. Everyone seemed to have good consistency and, even though the carts didn't fit well, I figured I could deal with the problem as long as the atomizer worked well enough for consistently good puffs. OK, it is now Saturday (3 days since i got the new atomizer) and now, it is dead
. No reset or replacing of batteries or other such home repairs helped. Unfortunately, seems as though the atomizer has actually kicked the bucket if you will. Some posters suggest letting it sit for a day and trying it tomorrow. I will do this. In the meantime, I have notified Njoy and I'm sure they will gladly replace it (again) or replace the entire device with a different model. I'm actually very pleased with the customer service, though it seems the atomizer problem remains an issue.
