too "Elton John" for me. it's the silver one with the embossed leaf pattern. i dunno what i was thinking......for some reason i was thinking it was going to be "smooth" silver.

anyhow.....would anyone be willing to trade up a Black or Red one for this? i would flip the bill for shipping both ways.

i'm more of a "Steve McQueen" type of personality.

is it the small case? i don't have black or red; i do have white. however--on the supersale page, the "old" v4l case is the same as the "new" small one just with slightly different innards, a quick switch for $5, and probably just as easy/cheap if you're planning to make another order.

Haha I thought that at first too but they're closer to maple leafs. Still it is a bit fruity looking, on par with zebras, but if you order the zebra one I guess there's no denying your fruity taste.

i actually posted in the Modders forum for case designs. i came across a lot of Russian Analog cases. NOW.....there are tons upon tons of military badges, ethnic talismans etc. that you can epoxy to the outside.

now not being Russian by a long shot i still think the KGB and SPETSNAZ insignias look very cool.

Gun Metal or Graphite etc....you CAN achieve by removing the piano hinge pin so you can pull the two outside pockets from the frame and use automotive paint from AutoZone, AdvanceAutoParts etc. to get some real good looking color to it. YOU HAVE to clear coat it though to maintain a clean deep finish.

it's a bit of a task i know but, i've painted many models, slotcars and did a lot of collision work.

like i was telling Adrenalynn though the Leaf pattern case is too much metal to grind and smooth out.....HOWEVER you can make that pattern really pop! a good color example would be leave the frame silver......paint he pattern gold THEN paint the insides of the leaves a deep blue or red. taadaaa...."Faberge!" OR just a series of CANDY coats to give you CHROME GREEN, CHROME BLUE etc.

i am really into the House of Kolor.

WOW i thought i was the only one on here who knew that batavia exsist? Thats cool i use to race 150cc a little while ago my suzuki dirt bike but i got rid of it and change my interest. I go there from time to time. thats cool though. Also what is that little guy you have there? What animal is that I want one.
