My vape pen and Ohms ???

Yes, that is fine and actually a decent set-up. "Ohms" refers to the resistance of the coil head in your clearo (tank). The higher the resistance, the harder it is for electricity to flow through the coil, which means that a higher voltage is needed to get the same power output as something like a 1ohm or 1.5ohm coil.

I would recommend giving the 2ohm coil a vape at around 4 volts, which is 8 watts. That tends to be a sweet spot for many new vapers.

Can some one tell me if I am good using a atomizer/ clearomizer that is 2.0 ohms with a vape pen that has a "650 mAh Battery
It has an adjustment on it as well that goes from 3.2 all the way to 4.8"

What is the tank that you are using? Also, what is the battery being used (the brand)? If you are ever looking to upgrade to a device that is similar to what you are using now, but also reads the resistance of your atomizer and has variable wattage you can check this device out - Innokin iTaste VV V3.0
