Really glad you like the volts. I am a big fan of their batteries, even after a year of vaping. I have 8 of their 78mm auto batteries in rotation that I use daily for being out and about. I have two oftheir manual batteries, and just purchased an x2 for long car rides. I also use their clearomizers. Easy to clean, and great warm vapor. I am a big fan too. Btw congratulations on starting vaping.

and i was wondering if it's illegal to marry inatimate objects? Seriously, i'm in love.

I have no idea what to do with these remaining cigarettes, they taste disgusting but i don't want to waste money.

Waste the money!! Trash em now.
I trashed an entire carton, and have noooo regrets! :)

Not real sure of the legality... it varies from state to state. LOL!!

Put them in a drawer, and leave them. It'll amaze you how long they'll be there :) Going on almost 2 years, and that groddy pack is still sitting in the junk drawer...I WILL NEVER SMOKE THEM!!!

BTW, if you take a pic of yourself with the Volt, and, I think, put it on their website, they'll send you a free one!

Congrats on the Volt and the switch! Give those cigs to a homeless smoker. Nobody needs (and doesn't) need a smoke more...

I have all three SI batteries (all manual) and I too attribute a lot of my success in switching to them. They're all great pieces. I actually made the full resolution to quit when I first took a puff on my X2/T3 setup, just right then and there. I've tried other e-cigs that made me think I could make it work if I wanted to, but that is to say it seemed like something I was really gonna have to commit to in order to have any success with. With the X2, I was just like "Ahhhhhhhhah, well now! I can definitely do this." It was so good, I actually really wanted to use it.

They are all extremely durable and well-built. The colors look (and feel!) awesome. SI's cartos and T3's are the bomb. Prices are good, service is better. The spinner is my favorite battery by far. If I get 6 months out of it, then it'll get a perfect score from me.

Like, somewhere along the line, I will get a big boy mod or two, but I think the Volt Spinner and 78mm will still be my main batts simply because they rest on a good middle-ground between size and vapability. They're small enough to carry around and the vapor is still enticing enough that you won't want a cig. They're elegant and "just work." It's something you can just grab and vape on for instant satisfaction.

I think SI probably doesn't get as much acclaim as it perhaps deserves because they use 808 threading. Their products are at least as good as any eGo clone or 510 cigalike (better, imo.) I think more people would use them if they were 510/eGo threaded. It's not like your options are all that limited with the 808, though. Ask anyone who owns a Volt if they feel deprived at all by the thread type. While I do admit that you have to shop around at times, I don't think there is a single thing out there for eGo's and 510's that you can't also get for 808. And if shopping around is too much, then what are you doing buying e-cigs from online boutique vendors in the first place? But seriously now - you can just get adapters and go 1-stopping for eGo/510 stuff.

I think 808 might actually be slightly better under some circumstances. I think the standard resistance for 808's and 510's is the same, but the standard voltage on the two batteries is different. 510's are typically 3.3v while 808's are 3.7v. This must affect the performance to some degree.

Personally, I went with the Volt because it seemed like the superior product compared to all of these eGo clones and the company seemed very well-established. I know my Volt is the real deal and that there are people to help me take care of all of my Volt-related needs and concerns. And my Volts have been nothing short of excellent so far. Volt ...!

I read your post. But I do not have an answer for you. I was trying to give you a heads up on problems with your volt.
The only experence I had is after I started the E-cigs. I did not have a pack of cigarettes. I did try a cigarette after two weeks and it tasted like I licked an ashtray!!!!!!!
Now it is your call on what to do.

Sort of, you need to get a robot to preside over the wedding to make it official. I would suggest waiting a few months before any big decision such as this. I'm still dealing with the aftermath of an ugly divorce with a toaster.

I still love my Volts...particularly the X2s. I still use them from time to time, but have become enamored with the box mod PV in recent months. Doesn't mean it's a permanent condition. I know me well enough to know I'll go in "cycles" with things. That's why I don't get rid of PVs when I discover different ones I like. Never know when I'll want to come back to my old buddies!

Congratulations on your New Love...the Volt! May your relationship live long and prosper!

I have a bunch of aunts and uncles who recently switched to vaping. Most were set on getting a Blu kit, but a few I was able to talk into a Volt kit instead, and they are very happy with it. I have eGo Twists and a VAMO I use most but I still like to take a Volt with me out and about. My opinion is, if your set on getting a cig-a-like with pre-filled cartos available, Smokeless Image is the best place to go. I love that their auto batteries are mostly sealed.

make sure you get some varying levels of nicotine juices. not all 1 level.
Like, if your vaping 12, get some 16 or 18mg juices so you can step up when extra cravy.
In my experience, thats your best bet if you want to stick with 3.7v cig-alikes and mods.
vary your nicotine whenever you need to and you'll be happy for a long time.

Good call on the Volt. I have those for work and a couple around the house as well. SI has been a good vendor, too. Good prices and prompt delivery. No issues with them at all whatsoever.

Not sure if you can marry it, though. Perhaps just try living together first.

As for the analogs, I had that same problem. I didn't have this support group at the time, and am also a tightwad, so I smoked the entire carton, even though it took a month and they got lame and boring really fast. I really should've just trashed them.

Yeah, I love my SI stuff. I've strayed at times, but always come back. (we aren't married, just going steady) No one I've found can touch their quality. They do seem to be the ugly stepsister around here...never figured out why.
I think it's sort of like a highlander-type VHS vs. Betamax thingy. THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE.

But some of us will just always, ALWAYS swear by betamax with its superior recording times and image quality. A few people out there really thought that it was superior. Everyone else didn't care and went VHS because that's where everyone else was going and they wanted to be able to watch all of their movies.

How old are you?! If you're you in that avatar, do you even remember Betamax and VHS tapes? You look so young! (Not being rude, vocal intonation doesn't come across as well when typing on a forum).

I remember when DVD and DIVX were contesting.

But to get on topic, I freakin' LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Volts. Superior design and technology. Hands down the best cigalike. The eRoll looks cool, but you just can't beat the simplicity of "screw on carto and vape". No injecting fluid with syringes or using 3+ pieces of components.

Also, it fires at 3.7 volts. What a little chicken hawk. (If any posters are sick of me describing Volts as chicken hawks, feel free to tell me. I promise, I will NOT get offended.)
