You actually inspired me to get rid
of the very top and bottom pieces of my skin. I like the SS look in combo with the skin quite a bit.

Well thanks! Lol, I was actually thinking about wrapping the top and bottom tank pieces in "carbon fiber" to give it a bit of contrast and still keeping it subtle.

Nice custom VTR, I have to say! I
like those muffler drip tips, kinda remind me of the stacks you see on tuned diesel trucks. The wrap pulls it all together nicely, nice to look at for sure!

Sent from Doomite Central!

Lol thanks! I was headed for the "import scene" I suppose but I do love me some stacks! That's one reason I went with this wrap design. Literally seamless, because I suppose technically you can't have a seam in something that makes your brain jingle!

Thanks! I wish I was as good at applying the buggers as you are though. There were quite a few gaps and angles in mine...and instead of take it off and risk ruining the skin, I just scratched off the white paint lines that were showing around it. I have the jungle camo color, and the white came off rather easily...too easily...

That's why I went with this design. I can tell, but no one else knows where it's begins and ends lol I wanted the jungle camo!! That bottom portion with the battery door, I was actually thinking about plasti-dipping it. Give me a little more grip and if it gets scratched or dirty, just touch it up. At my own risk lol

Basically just the side by side setup, rather than top/bottom. I really like the MVP, and people always say how heavy the VTR is, but to me that's just craftsmanship and durability. I dropped this off my roof a few years back, landed straight in the driveway. Nothing but a few battle scars and a new tank, like it never happened! :)

-le gasp- I got the VTR simply cause of the 'heaviness/durability' factor. Good thing it seems like I made the right choice.

(Oh, and Crizzo. Good thing I got to ya before anyone else did! :) Watch out for multiple posts, most people tend to get cranky~)
