Yeah don't kick your self. I was a PAD for over 35 yrs, made the switch beginning of the year and never looked back. One of the reasons I kept going down the vapor trail was there is just SO MANY awesome cool looking mods out there.
As far as your husband goes, I don't know anything about him, hobbies, interests etc. If he's a gear head there are so many things out there that would appeal to him, and who doesn't like electronic gadgets. Find some pics and I know there will be something that will make him say " wow, that thing looks really cool" if he's a sports fan you could find a wrap with his favorite team. Guess I'm saying. Never say never, I never thought I would be a vapor, never really wanted to "quit" smoking analogs. But I knew I should...and I was able to finally after so many attempts and failing. Just like you. If you can do it, so can he, just gotta find a way to really spark his interest. I take my mods out in public. And you know what? I'm proud of it. It sparks conversations, and so far I have converted two people I know from smokers to vapors. Makes me feel good. Keep up your good work, don't stumble. I found getting online and watching device and juice reviews from folks like pbusardo and grimmgreen GREAT anti analog therapy. Just makes me want to keep going right on vaping. Congratulations your well on your way.

i completely agree with dwolf111 up there, it's all about you at least trying to slow down. My wife still gets analogs every once in a while and I might take a couple but it happens less and less. I'm even at the point now where smoking an analog is just way too much for me, the nicotine just messes me up! Also, the flavor of a cig is horrible to me now, but I smoke blueberry and bubblegum on my ecigs so its wayyy different. Find a good ecig setup to put your own flavors in, viking vapor has some really good liquids with high nicotine content. Once I started using those, I knew I didn't need analogs anymore.

Just keep on vaping and pretty soon you'll never want to switch back! Make sure you find a good set up that's not too frustrating so it doesn't deter you from using it!

It is very hard when you live with other smokers. So if you wind up smoking one you smoke one. Beating yourself up over it won't help and may make you smoke more. Just relax and know for every cig you don't smoke, you are doing something for you. Don't sweat the ones you do, over time it will get less.

And so you know many of us here smoked for as long as a year *after* we started vaping, we cut back like you have, but it takes time for some of us to fully quit the cigs.

My wife and I both started vaping about 7 weeks ago, 1st week and a half 4 to 5 analogs a day, slowly cut back every week. I'ts been almost 2 weeks since I had one, but my wife still has a couple a day, it's harder for her, even though I've smoked a lot longer, 37 years. Everyone is different, don't beat yourself up or your spouse, you don't need to give yourself additional stress. Since you're doing so good, buy yourself a gift, maybe a ego starter kit, you can find them on the net for about $15, can't hurt.
