My wish list for a starter kit Suppliers please read

Im looking for a kit that has a janty ego.tornado,riva..ect...This is what i Would like to have in a ego,tornado,riva kit.

5x Cartos
5x Cartomizers
2x Manual or auto batteries
2x Adapters of choice (510 to 808)
2x Atomizers
2x Atomizer Cones
1x 30ml bottle of e-juice
1x Home charger
1X Usb charger

Any suppliers that can put me a kit together like this i will buy it today.
I know i can buy these things from different suppliers but it would be nice to get everything in one kit from one supplier.

Found the perfect kit and heavens gift....wooohooo!!!!....

Well it is the perfect kit but they are based in china...If theres any suppliers in the states that can sale a kit like this would be great

Hey there fellow tennesseean! Glad you found what you wanted. I am using a standard 510 right now but hopefully I will have a good mod soon. Cannot see investing in the EGO because the batteries are proprietory. If they offered it at the same price as the regular 510 I would probably be all over it!! But then again, I have heard people having a LOT of problems with the EGO/Tornado batteries.
