My Zombie Green Provari Arrived... possible problem

100% agree.........and this is why you have companies like Zappos (shoes) who are super successful because their customer service is fabulous, they do it as you describe, and people have zero problem paying full retail there. The one time I had a problem, they not only shipped out my correct order the same day, but upgraded me to express shipping, and I was dumbfounded, since I live in the middle of nowhere and the ups truck pulled up in my driveway THE NEXT DAY. (as well as the RMA to return the shoes that were the wrong size). That is unheard of around here.

Customer service is everything to a lot of folks, even though it often looks like it's about "price".

LLBean has similar customer service; also warranties their products for life, no questions asked. Had a bag damaged- at CDG, surprise, surprise, and LL Bean sent me out a new one and sent a return shipping label for the damaged one. Much easier than filing a claim with the airline. Their prices are a bit higher than similar stores, but the customer service and piece of mind makes the higher cost worth it.

I actually had a great experience filing a claim with the airline. On my flight to Vegas this year, they broke the handle off my bag so I couldn't pick it up except by the pullup handle. The bag was 3 years old, but not beat up. I get to Vegas and had to buy new luggage.

Transferred my stuff, and brought my ruined bag to the airport with me. Told them what happened, and they shipped my empty bag back home free to file a claim at home, even tho I was in Vegas for 2 weeks, and you're supposed to file a claim within 48 hours. Filed a claim here, gave them the bag to repair, they called me the next day telling me they couldnt' fix it and could I please pick out a new bag from their list of bags. I got my brand new bag within a week by overnight delivery, and it was even slightly nicer than the bag they broke.

I filed 2 weeks after their deadline for claiming damage, so I didn't deserve to get anything. I think airlines are pretty good about claims. That was United Airlines. My mother in law had a claim about 5 years ago with Continental and they replaced her bag with a brand new one too (but in her case, they broke the zipper on her bag, so it couldn't close again, but I think she overstuffed it). I think they are great about claims, but maybe we got lucky.

I originally thought to myself "just my luck, I spend the money on a Provari... and it's not exactly what I wanted". Which is why I wrote to them immediately. I have to be honest, the simple fact that I love the device is making me turn a blind eye to the fact that I didn't get the green light I originally ordered, but I am extremely happy with the device.
That being said, Provari gave me a coupon code for $15 to use on their site. I asked for a gift certificate rather than a credit on my card, because I was planning on making a purchase or two. BUT, when I attempted to use the code, it only came up with $5.40. So now I am back to wondering.
Even after this debacle, I still love the Provari, even with it's now endearing red light of doom! ;)

So I am a bit torn. I ordered a Zombie Green Provari from Provapes, but a small problem seems to have occurred. As you can see from the pictures, it was supposed to have green LEDs. It appears to have red LEDs, unless there's a way I can change the color. I have written to provape to let them know what happened. Has this happened to anyone else?
Besides the LED color snafu, this thing is Legend... wait for it... Dary! I only have Kanger Protank 2s to use with the Provari, currently, but I plan on snagging a few different types of tanks and see which I like. I am leaning towards an Ibtanked due to the sheer volume of people who love those tanks. I might break down and snag a real Kayfun as well, seeing as so many like those as well. Any pointers would be appreciate, for the tanks, or the LED problem.

As much as I like green LED's, I think the red one fits this Zombie color option better.
