Hello e cigs users:

i am just taking some time to say that i did some purchases from about 5 different online stores, and the only online store that really took care about my "little problem" was Chris Yelton of myfreedomsmokesdotcom, this gentelman really honors what a great customer service representative is. I am not living in the USA so he took care about fixing some technical details in his website to serve my needs. i guess that he took his time to talk to a USPS representative to solve my shipping problem. i am not saying that this is the only web service with great support, but for me this will be going the first option to buy my stuff! Thanks again Chris Yelton, you have a one loyal and happy customer outside the USA. KEEP GOING!!! :thumb:

I'm not Chris, but I work at MFS and I think I know the issue you are talking about. Thanks for pointing it out to us as we had no idea there were two different ways to choose Puerto Rico as an address during checkout. We were only aware of one and therefore had only set up that one as eligible for US shipping rates. We genuinely appreciate you contacting us as it allows us to better serve all of our customers moving forward. Thanks for your business and hope you enjoy!
