This is of course just my opinion but Box Elder has a cleaner taste to me. If you like that peppery taste that some nic has you will like MFS better. There is also a new vendor that is carrying nic extracted from tobacco grown in NC and processed from a US lab

MFS has good nicotine. I buy it in 100mg strength and use it when making flavored juice, the 100mg makes it easy to calculate how much to add to get to a given nic level in a 10ml batch.
