Provari with an A7, Reo with a 1.7ohm shorty carto, Kicked SB with a 3ohm carto in a J-tank, Mako with a CE5, mini box mod with a 2ohm carto. Everything else has the day off.

I'm not a mod snob - like them all but the Reo with a 1.7 shorty carto is pretty sweet.

eVic at 8 Watts with a Protank, or an evod depending on which flavor I am vaping. Also, I have begin using a K100 with a 1.5 ohm 306 atty for my dripping, and I love that setup as well.
