Nano and Micro coilers, do you have issues finding very small rigid items to wrap your coils around? Take a look!

Chipotle.
Most of the time I see someone wrapping a nano coil they're doing it on something that is too flexible, or they're wrapping it directly on another piece of kanthal. I was a mechanic for a bit over a decade so I managed to build up a very large cache of tools and random stuff that I may never actually use again, while I was sifting through some of the crap in the garage I came across these:

These are drill bits for drilling out the jetting of a carburetor. The outside diameter of these bits ranges from 1mm, to just .35mm! they're stiff enough to wrap nano coils cleanly and evenly and the range of sizes allows for a whole bunch of options.

as an example I wrapped some 30ga around the .50mm bit and the .35mm bit - nice and clean nano coils! For a size reference the coil to the left most side of the picture is 26ga that was wrapped around a 2mm screwdriver and it looks huge!

Just as a reference for how sturdy these bits are, the set up I am currently using in my Igo-W is twisted 26ga wrapped around the .90mm drill bit ten times. Before someone asks, yes I had to drill out the center post so I could fit two twisted 26ga coils in there. Ten wraps each of the twisted 26ga came out to .30 ohms and It is providing a fantastic vape for me at over 50watts.

I hope this helps anyone who may have been having some issues wrapping nano coils cleanly, best of luck and happy vaping!

Chipotle.
those look great what is the best search terms for finding that?
Not exactly sure, it's not really a common practice to drill out carb jets any more these days - I've had these for a long time. Jegs sells a set with the exact sizes still though. This kit contains sizes 61 to 80, which is exactly what I have. - JEGS Performance Products 150111 JEGS Precision Drill Bit Sets - Free Shipping on All Orders @ JEGS - .34mm to .99mm

I am using a sewing needle. Is this smaller or larger?
Depends on the needle, there are lots of sizes for sewing needles.

Edit: found this on ebay - sizes 61-80 - http://www.ebay.com/itm/Performance...Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cbef8da56&vxp=mtr
