NOT a disposable but this is where I post about REAL sized kits lol

I am gathering info about this. I want details. I own the original Nano and the original Colibri and they are not so great anymore. This says to be an improvement and a fix with the annoying noise issue (wind on drawl). I am asking if there is also a change in the carts and if I can use my original Nano PCC and just buy the batts. If they say I need to buy yet another full kit I am going to scream and demand a deal!! Grr lol

Two Redesigned Rechargeable batteries - with TurboFlowIII technology for smoother
draw, more vapor and silent operation (Ø= 7.8mm, battery+cartridge length: 84mm)

FROM: ePuffer

All Colibri parts and cartridges will remain compatible regardless of the edition or color.

Newer Colibri NANO cartridges are no longer refillable and refilling option for all Colibri products will be completely eliminated as we receive more new products in stock. New Colibri batteries with ash looking tip charge faster and cartridges produce less noise due to direct air intake system.

The words "no longer refillable"...means to me that they are sealed and you cannot pop the end off and drip juice to REFILL them. If that is really the case, then I will no longer consider them. And if they are not refillable, it makes no sense to sell blanks. I think they mean they are sealed.

Edit: Maybe you could use the condom fill method to refill.

NO refill went in one ear and out there other lol but does sux about no blanks. The new style batts in black coming in 7 days or so. I may just be an epuffer girl again :D Thanks guys for posting. I am thrilled they improved the battery. The whistle noise and stuff made me leave them. If I can get a nice quite and solid HIT with the REAL size, I'm golden. Nice, sleek, great flavors and rechargeable.

These look cool, but do they really compare in the vape production, th and flavor of an ego? Just curious as would be good for me to carry around uni instead of the ego.

Now why would you compare a 7.8mm/84mm real sized ecig to an Ego? No, a pony is not as powerful as a horse :D If this battery change is what it says it is, this is the BEST real sized RECHARGEABLE ecig you can buy. The only neg is that since the carts are so small, you will go through allot them if they are saying you cannot refill. If you want that EGO type of vibe smaller, go with an eROLL.

Thanks to all of you contributing to this discussion..... (specifically you, Dawn Bella )....I just ordered the new Colibri Nano AND the Colibri micro kits... I'll let all of you know what I think of them) :smokie:

I vape a MOD at home, but am desperately seeking a good 'affordable' Cig-a-like system when I'm out and about... the Colibri Nano seems to fit the bill, but I'm afraid I'm going to be comparing it against a stiff competitor (other than price)... the NJOY KING.

Also DawnBella, How do YOU compare the Colibri Nano to the NJOY KING (Reds) performance-wise/taste-wise? I appreciate whatever input you can provide ;)

It's hard to say cuz now ePuffer has this 2013 model which I don't have yet. I already have 2 PCCs from them so I am just waiting for them the offer new black batts (only white now sold as parts) or the new style carts in tan (new batts only available in white but new carts only in black). I would prefer white but need the new style tan carts to go with. lol. If you get a fresh NJOY KING (Good luck lol) they are still the best but price and usage time makes them a waste of money. The Nano/Coibri was my #1 kit for about a year but it's performance dropped big time. Bad seal and old carts. Now there is this new style which reads to rock so super excited to try. Flavor is so subjective but I LOVE their flavors. In fact, I spent weeks trying to find it as a liquid then they started to sell it in bottles lol. They say the new carts (2013) cannot be refilled. Hmm? Lets us know lol If the new kit you bought is an improvement on the issue of the kits I have, you should LOVE it and guess what? You can recharge it lol and it is 100% the size of a real cig/NJOY KING/WC Fling Mini.

You Rock DawnBella and I sure appreciate your educated input :) .... I sure will post an opinion as to how these new Nanos stack up to the NJoy King... and if they have improved over the older Nano batts & carts. Even though I haven't tried the older Nanos, I believe I've read enough about them (and watched enough YouTube Vids... lol) to determine whether the draw is still too 'noisy/airy' what have you. I'll do my best at any rate, and if anyone likes I'll do a YouTube Video/Demo if anyone thinks that would be helpful?

Well, I finally got to try the newer style batteries and I have to say I like the previous version much better. This is just my opinion, but the draw is much lighter with the originals. The problem I'm having (and I'd like someone else's opinion to make sure I'm not doing this wrong) is the draw is SOOOO tight on these new ones I can't stand it.

When you screw the carto on the battery, you basically screw it all the way tight - which isn't what we are used to in this type of setup. I guess the new IS quieter, just not enjoyable. I'm sticking with the other batteries as I have no issues. There is just not enough air low on these new ones.

Please, someone else share your experiences as well - I want to make sure I'm doing this right, but I'm sure I am. Very disappointed because I like the look of the newer batts better, very cool tip.

:( does it give that clogged type of feeling or? Maybe try another cart or you have? The issue I always had with the older style was how they would whistle because the carts would never sit tight enough and that would make for weak hits or over puffs... and the noise was annoying!!!

I feel like I have to suck a marble through a straw! A after 1 or 2 draws, I want to throw it. I keep giving it a chance, but not good for me. :(. My standard batteries really don't whistle at all. Sometimes I do hear some airflow, but nothing too bad. I've only tried the black battery version though, not sure if there is any difference. Maybe it was the older carts? I've never used those.
