ok so I know I've been off for about a month or so was moving ...

new house is brilliant but not the point of this post....

I ordered 10 Nano's approximately a month ago...

I vape 4 diff flavors so it was the best option for me 2 of each with 2 back up blanks when needed

I won't tell you about my royal dork out when i got them
also splurged for a new purp 650 at the time

anywho... straight up I loved them .... didn't have a leaking problem when I first started using them o
nce I got the minor rancid first few hits out of them.... they vaped like champs and I LOVED IT...

after about a week one faltered a bit the black hard plastic tip slipped off which i though was odd i never screw things on too tight I'm quite careful about all my vaping supplies honestly as I have to budget for them.... when i looked it was actually cracked... and I'm thinking since it's a pressure fit top that the recent changes in winter temps while i keep my nano's in my pocket might have contributed to this in some manor...

though as a pressure fit couldn't si make a replacement soft slip on cap huh huh IDEA!!!

well then there came the gurglers... ugh ... at the beginning they were a hard draw juice not bubbling and flowing right when i first started using them... then my vanillas which I do use more than any other flavor... the draw got harder and i could hear it gurgling (btw not good for stealth vaping LOL) and then burbling... then came the leaks... and so i tossed them aside... boo....

not sure if this matters that was the only one i was using the 95/5 with all the others have had 70/30 in

another cracked cap argh a few more mouthpieces slipped off ... hate pressure fit unless it's a soft stretch fit hard plastic bites when you try this

pulled the vani's out and rinsed washed rinsed again left to dry
one came out ok... minor gurgles but no leakage... the other leaked bad... tossed

but now i realise I'm on week 3 or 4 with these ok not too bad... the 70/30 juice ones buttery nipple/spearmint/grape... are soooooooo awsome still minor burbles in one so a month in 8 of 10 used 2 probably dead of those 8... mmm

would i buy these again....

HECK YEAH!!!!

I love the nano's. I accidently broke the top off one but that was because of my carelessness. Just a suggestion for the gurgling, after filling, let it sit a while before vaping. That allows time for the wick to get fully saturated.

Also be careful if you fill with a thick liquid. The 40-60 sec timeline to get the top back on can be challenging. I recently put 50/50 juice in one and it flowed soooo slow and took a long time to fill. After I put the top on, I had some leaking from the bottom. I had gone over the 60 sec timeline. So for the thick juice, I used a syringe to push the liquid in quickly. As much as I hate using the syringe, I hate to waste liquid from leaking. Since I only filled one nano with 50/50, that's the only one I will refill with this mix. I'll continue to use the nano with thinner liquids.

ADDITION: The needle tip bottles in SI's new juice line makes filling the nano a breeze. Made for the nano!

I haven't really decided if I like the Nano or not? In a previous post I warned people not to BOIL them with cartos, the tip melted on mine. Anyway, I have two more to try, no leaks yet (warning there are two clear O rings on these Nano's, make sure they are in place or they will leak). I still get a peculiar taste, not burnt, not plastic, but my juice flavor changes. I still use blank cartos the most.

My first one got the gurgles,so I got fed up with it and tossed it. But I was filling it up 2 or 3 times a day. I bought a second just to try it again, but I haven't filled it up yet. At $2.50 a pop they're a little pricey for everyday use, but if it works it'll be nice to have for something different.

I luvs me some nanos.. between hubby and me, I think we have 40 of those little suckers.

I made a discovery today when my very first manual battery arrived.. um.. almost every nano I slapped on it couldn't keep up.. and I ended up with that lovely burnt flavor I've been hearing about. could be me though with the tasty vape draw that goes on and on like the energizer bunny

I prefer the nano on the auto X2 much better than on the manual.

I have to say the nanos I just got are probably the worst performing attachments I've used. The initial taste was awful. I had to empty it out and soak it in boiling water then let it dry and refilled. Bad taste is mostly gone, mostly tastes like nothing though and the vapour production is just awful. Compared to a CE3 these this things arent even in the race.

Not sure if I want to refill it at this point.

To avoid that burnt taste, when you fill one for the first time, Fill & cap it then plug the battery end with your thumb. Take a few puffs on the mouthpiece, until you've seen 3 or 4 bubbles rise. Then you are good to go. You only need to do this on the first fill.

It doesn't taste burnt, it tastes like plastic or rubber. As if it's been filled with primer

I bought 2, to try out and to be honest, thought I would only need these two and they would end up trashed. Lo and behold, I've filled this one at least once a day, different flavors--including cinnamon--different PG/VG ratios, no rinsing in between. Taking very good care not to over-tighten and to hold/turn at base vs. holding at the top or clear tube when removing or screwing on to my X2 so as to prevent damage or leaks. I do get gurgling once in a while, but that's from my chain vaping or overzealous priming--too much juice sucked up into chamber i'm assuming. I just lightly blow into the top of the Nano onto a tissue to remove excess and continue vaping. I do need to give it a good cleaning to remove the burned build-up. Love, love, love that it's lasted a month and counting. Now if only I could get the warm vape and awesome throat hit/nic buzz that I get from the Ce3, then I'd be one happy camper and stocking up like nobody's business :vapor:
