I wasn't sure where to post it here! I found another interesting tidbit - Rhinaris Nasal Spray is totally PG only and is OTC in at least the US and Canada. More info here.

I didn't find that site when I was looking. I checked about 5 links I found on google, mainly trying to find out if it was FDA approved.

But when I clicked on the gel link, it said "Rhinaris nasal gel is a drug-free solution that helps to restore moisture to soothe dry and irritated nasal passages. The gel quickly absorbs into the skin around the nostril area, leaving little residue or trace of application.

It contains the lowest concentration of saline (0.2%) that will not dry out your nose over prolonged use. The unique formula is non-greasy, odorless, colorless, water based and contains two glycols for added moisturizing relief.

Rhinaris Gel is available over-the-counter, without a prescription."

And that's what they recommend for infants. Weird, doesn't say which glycols.

So much to learn!
