McQuick Hi and welcome to the forum!

Another trick I do that helps with wicking is to take a pin or needle and insert it into each of the four holes at the bottom of the shaft where the juice goes in and wiggle the pin around a bit to loosen up the wicking fibers in there.

Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!

I believe if you don't physically prime the coils a vacuum occurs (anti-siphon) in the tank not allowing proper juice flow.

After being physically primed at the center and wicking holes at sides, you shouldn't have any problems.

Are you starting at lower wattage after installing the new coil and juice?...then jacking the wattage up as desired?

Hy everyone. I am having a recuring problem with my nautilus coils. When i change m'y coil , fill thé tank and puff on it with no power to prime it. Then i let it sit for thé night. Even after many hours thé coil does not fill and when i puff it it burns thé coil
What am i doing wrong ?
Thanks for thé help

Re sell it, That tank is garbage! I swear i tried everything. I even thought i could rebuild it, I couldn't. I tried hitting it different it still burns and gunks up! It looks like a great tank and feels like one, but its to a good tank. I hate mine, I'm buying a nano kanger to replace it on my 20 watt istick.

Also. these tanks cost so much over time. You always gotta replace the coils. Why not just buy a kanger subtank and build your own single coil and save money? and it hits like a beast.

I've got four or five of them and they all work great for me.

They are inexpensive tanks with expensive coils, which do not hold much tank juice.

I too personally like Kanger products much better. Plus you have a rebuildable deck if you buy the sub-tank, which doesn't necessarily have to be used for sub-ohm-ing...a 1.8 ohm coil will work just fine.

I've got both.

MUCH prefer the Nautilus over the Kanger tanks. Kanger coils suck. Holes too small, not enough wick, and you have to run them at too low power.

1.8ohm coil in both my Aerotank and my Nautilus and I have to run the Aerotank at 10.5 watts while I run the Nautilus at 19 watts. The Kanger coils simply restrict the juice flow way too much to be satisfying, and they mute the flavor too much as well. I can barely taste the flavors using Kanger coils. The Nautilus with BVC coils rocks though, really close to the same flavor as I get from my Kayfuns with a fraction of the hassle.

I've found that unlike Kanger, most of the Nautilus problems come from not running the coils at high enough power rather than too high. With Kanger 12 watts gives you nothing but burned taste and dry hits, running under 12 watts on a Nautilus can give you strange tastes, gurgling, and flooding problems because you aren't converting the liquid to vapor fast enough.
