I'm contemplating purchasing a nautilus mini or eleaf gs air. I know neither are rebuildable, but I know nothing about rebuildables.

Should I skip purchasing the nautilus mini and just go for the eleaf lemo or another rebuildable? I assume a rebuildable will save me money in the long run but I still have so many questions about rebuildables that I'm not sure its the right choice. Currently, I'm vaping on an istick 20W with a Kangertech protank 3 which is terrible compared to the reviews I've read of other tanks. I guess what I'm asking is, would it be easy to learn how to build coils? Where can I learn? Where can I purchase wire, cotton, ohm reader, etc... Should I just got with the nautilus mini since I'm new at this? I'm willing to learn and want to save the money in the long run so I figured the lemo drop would be a better choice.

Thanks!!!

Rebuildables aren't hard to learn, just depends if you're a tinkerer or not, I got one and loved building the coils and such but I am easily bored, so once I figured it out the thrill was gone. I am rocking an Atlantis now and loving it, great flavor with good vapor production. No muss no fuss, but I know a lot of people that wouldn't vape without there rda's!

Get both. One thing I have learned is to have back-ups for my back-ups. If I feel like rebuilding and squonking I will use my Reo. If I just just want to vape without thinking about it I will use my 134 mini with a Nautilus or my Istick with the mini. Now I am debating between the MVP 3 or another Istick. But the both size Nautilus have served me well. I love showing off my gear.

Rebuilding is not that hard. I'm an idiot with my hands--I watched a couple of youtube vids on how to build a microcoil and build a functiona coil in 30 minutes. By my third attempt, I nailed it. It's nice to be able to set up a build that works with your juice, your hardware and your vaping style.

It also opens up the world of rdas and makes things less expensive. $12 gets you an RDA clone, $7 gets you 100ft of wire and $4 gets you a lifetime supply of organic cotton at which point you can rock pretty hard.

I love my Lemo drop, it might take a while to get the coil building/ coil wicking down properly but once you do, and vape on it for the first time, ooohh so good.

It can be a bit frustrating if you don't like to tinker with things but the vape is very satisfying once you get it down. However I think the nautlils mini is still a good choice, I'd recommend getting the bvc coils for the nauti.(bottom vertical coils.) I hear they produce better flavor.

Might I suggest getting a kanger subtank mini? It comes with an rba deck so if you ever decide to get into rebuilding your own coils all you have to do is switch out the base. I think this tank would be perfect for you in your current situation. There is also a bigger full-size kanger subtank and even a nano subtank but I've heard the nano subtank has something strange going on the insulator. They all come with a rba base deck but also have a normal deck that will take kangers new coil heads if you don't feel like rebuilding.

About learning how to make your own coils there are TONS of videos on how to do this on youtube. I recommend watching some of GrimmGreens videos, Pbusardo's, VapingwithTwisted420's, and even Riptripper's videos. They not only have videos on how to build coils but they also have reviews of the kanger subtank and many other good tanks/rtas/rda's.

I have the naughty mini and like it but i haven't tried rebuilding yet, although i do have a lemo on order. :)
I also think the subtank maybe a good choice, as you can get the .5 and 1.2 ohm (i think those numbers are right) premade coils. Then there is the rebuildable deck to have a play with the coil building side of things. From the youtube watching i have done, building doesn't look too hard just a little fiddly fitting the coil and cotton, having the choice of the premade setup you can always just put one of them in if it gets annoying or you are having a lazy day.

Oh and yes clones are copies of the originals, i read that some are very good copies and they all seam to be much cheaper.

Honestly, get the mini. It has really good flavor and you don't want to instantly rely on rebuilding. I would get an RBA just to learn to rebuild on, no draining the tank to change builds or tinker. Once your comfortable building get the Lemo.

You could order the mini and lemo now, using the included coil with the Lemo and just rewick it as needed. The coil will last a very long time before you need to replace it. Really the only reason you replace a coil is because you feel like trying something else out.
