I have Green Tech and KR 808 cartomizers. I also bougth some liquids. But I have no idea how to refill them. Specially the Green Tech catromizers seem to be sealed inside if you remove the white platic cover. Help wouold be appreciated.

I have no specific experience with the Green Tech cartomizers, however I have refilled the Bloog and the Green Smoke cartomizers. There are some slight differences, and you'll have to decide if this is of any help to you. On the Bloog, when you remove the end cap, you'll find a second washer down inside. Some folks have found they can refill it without removing the second washer, I find it easier to remove the inside washer with a tweezers (carefully, as the atomizer wire is just below the washer) and drip around the outside of the filler material. Once you see it you'll get the drift.

On the Green Smoke cartomizers, there is no internal washer, just the end cap. Once it's popped off you can drip around the filler material.

The plug that goes into the bottom of the cartomizer is handy for catching any fluid when you're refilling.

Hope this helps and applies to the Green Tech cartomizers.
