I'm not much of an expert, just quit recently myself. First week can be very hard. I had a hard hitting menthol tank set up for those times I got to the point of wanting a cigarette. I also noticed that with
vaping i only wanted a cigarette, never really got to the point where I needed one. Want vs Need. Once I realized that
vaping won't allow me to get to the point of needing a cigarette due to my addiction and the withdraw symptoms, it got much easier.
This is only my opinion, but I think many here on this board that still smoke, do so because of subconscious preconditioning to avoid the horrendous withdraw symptoms of nicotine. And I think knowing, or believing this takes the edge off.
Of course, I had to make sure I had spare batteries,
tanks, and coils so I wouldn't be without a working setup.
I hope this helps. It gets easier quickly.
As for advice on equipment, I really have none other than not being afraid to try new things that might work better for you.
