nebula...order problem

hey i got my nebula last week i love it its great im still on my first cart by addin to it.....along with that some people i know are very interested in it in fact one person orded from my recomend and was ready to by more. i guess she got it today and the order was wrong i didnt see it but i guess no box,wrong e cig and wrong carts. this person is a pain in my but and was wondering if you guy where having a problem to get her off my back.please let me know like i siad i have it and its great
