So I got this thing today and charged the battery, but when I screwed it onto a cart I get a really heavy resistance with maybe about a mm of gap left between the cartomizer and battery, probably like a half turn left. It seems like I could honk down on it and make it go all the way, but it sure doesn't look like the threads would take that sort of abuse, so I'm not gonna do it without further guidance.
I tried it on two of the carts and both batteries, same problem with all configurations. Leaving that gap, the thing still works, but with so much air space the vapor is really thin and wispy, like wispier than my 4081 unless I cover part of the gap with my fingers.
Anyone else have this problem? Do I have bad batteries, bad carts? Am I a pansy and should I just screw it together?
I tried putting a little pressure on and then unscrewed it and a tiny metal shaving fell out, so I think this may be a real issue. Gimme some guidance here.
