I recieved a set of Panasonic CGR18650CH's and two aw imr 18350's. Put all four on a new I4. The 350's charged great no problems. After three hours though the 650's illuminate one solid yellow bar out of the three. The second bar has been blinking the whole time. Did I get duds? I'm afraid to stick these things in my new Vamo to check them.

Any advice would be appreciated.

If they aren't warm (ie: hotter than comfortably warm hand washing water) then you will be fine to put them in the VAMO to check the voltage.

The I4 is a pretty slow charger, even slower if the batteries have an empty slot between them. The fastest way to charge 2 batteries in the I4 is to put them in adjacent bays.

*sigh*
I put them in and they read 4.1 volts. Why would the charger only be showing 1/3 charge? I am so relieved. I did have them staggered.
