Yeal, about 1% on the em. I love the stuff when used lightly as it seems to add body or moisture or something as well as a little sweetness. But if I use too much, it starts to mute flavors a little, for me at least, and I've seen others post the same thing. Test it for your self as ymmv and all that, but for me if I've used 1% em and still need more sweetener, I go to the plain sweetener or brown sugar extra.
