Need a little help

I've been looking for a copper mech mod to add to my growing collection of devices and have narrowed my choices down to:

Copper Vanilla Mech mod
Stingray copper mod
Nemesis Copper mod

All three have their pros and cons, I'm actually leaning towards the Nemesis, but I figured I'd stop by here and see if anyone has any thoughts.

BTW I'm currently using Kanger PT2s and 3s exclusively. Not sure if that makes a difference.

I have the copper stingray and love it, but any of the above are worth getting.
