So want another APV.

Broke my backup and looking to upgrade my primary.

Currently looking at the Provari and VVPV.

I'm not a fan of the tube design (I seem to break all my tube mods before my box mods) and the drip system intrigues me.

Looking for people's advice since I can't decide.

Also anybody with a VVPV have a pic w/ a tank installed?

Why would you need a tank on a vvpv?
but anyway... vvpv.jpg

Provari..they don't break

Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk 2

Heh, knowing me everything can and will break at my hands.

Only reason I'm leaning towards the VVPV is the drip system but I wish I had more long term reviews.

Back to reading the 100 page thread on the VVPV.

The missus only uses tanks and she's the one with a purse.

If I get the VVPV, would be nice if I can use her tanks if necessary.

Thanks for the pic.

It would be fine with a tank if thats what you want. I have one and have had good luck with mine. have had to replace the pump in it 2 times but I expected they wouldnt last forever. Long lasting on a charge also. With the right atty they are nice.
It isnt something I would want to drop on a hard surface or any mod for that matter. I had a Provari and it was nice and all but heavy for me. Good build quality though. I just ordered a gripper vv from madvapes and want to see how it stacks up against what I have. Most times I use my Ali and Reo VV Woodville mods. But I like to change things up often. The vvpv is good but there are a lot of good mods out there so look around a lot before deciding..

If you got any suggestions, I'm open ears.

Long term review -

I ordered my VVPV on 1/19 of this year (that was the official release date). There were some release issues and it took until 2/19 to get it. Some of the chrome units had an additional problem... mine was chrome and had that problem :(. Instead of having my chrome one repaired, I decided to ask them to replace it with a black and brass unit. I received that on 3/19. It is perfect.

For the last 4 months, I have put no less than 4 ml a day through it. It was more (almost 6 ml a day) before I bought my REO VVW two months ago. I use my VVPV all day at work and my VVW all evening at home (and a few other mods as well). So, all told so far, I've consumed a little over a half liter of juice with my VVPV. It has been flawless. It has never failed to fire. Juice feed control is excellent. The variable voltage has been perfect. I have had no trouble with my pump (I did buy a spare just in case, and I had a leak with the first unit, but solved it with super glue). Battery life is incredible. I get almost 6 ml of consumption between charges. It has performed absolutely perfectly.

My VVPV is my primary PV. It was worth the wait and the experience I described above about the time it took to get a working unit should be more descriptive - notcigs customer service was top notch and there were some things that contributed to the length of time involved (for instance, Buzzkill had a serious personal tragedy during that time period). So, though I think it is worth mentioning that it can take a while to receive a VVPV, I also think it's important to know that notcigs customer service is very good.

I have owned or used a whole lot of PVs including a fair portion of the "high end" mods out there. I've been fortunate to have had good timing and good friends who are just as interested in vaping as I am and that has led to me being able to check out a lot of different gear. --> I wouldn't trade my VVPV for anything currently available. - In the interest of full disclosure, I consider my feeders to be superior to any tube mod I own or have ever used. The feature "feeder" is very important to me. I don't see myself buying anything that isn't a feeder any time soon.
