Need access to newbie forum.

I have moderate to severe emphysema.
I have been blocked out of the newbie forum.
Where, in my estimation, is where I can do the most good.

You may respond to posts in the New Member's forum, but members who have more than 70 posts are no longer considered "New" and cannot create new threads there.

I'm not saying I don't deserve it. Even if I never received a reason.
It's just that I think my case should be exposed to the dual users.
