Need advice....my Riva is leaking.

Hi All, I made the mistake of trying to save some money and bought 5 LR attys that were suppose to be SLB 510 LR. My problem is that they leak so badly that I have had to take the cone off and walk around with a tissue to wipe the juice off that is leaking out (I drip BTW). When I compaired these attys with my other ones, the air holes are higher (furthur away from the threads). Any suggestions on how to fix this? I thought about trying to make a rubber washer to improve the seal, but that might just cut the air-flow off completely.

Also, at vapefest I bought a wonderful LR atty that lasted me a long time. I'd like help identifying the brand...on the side of the atty in gold letters is written LR I.5 these are the attys I want to buy next if you all can help me figure out what they are and maybe even the best place to buy them.

You're not overfilling it, are ya? That's weird... I drip on an ego with LR atty's from HeavenGifts and ecigexpress, and don't get that bad of leakage. 3 drops only How much did you pay for 'em? Talk to the vendor...

I keep my LR attys around as backup, but have mostly converted at this point --- have you tried the LR Carto w/driptip combination? A driptip in place of the rubber stopper on a LR cartomizer is really awesome. LR cartos give a great flavor, hold a lot of juice, and with the driptip it's easy to top off and simply feels better (the delrin tips are kinda "ergonomic", lol).

I didn't pay much for them, $4.99 I think it was. I didn't have the problem with the others, so I'm pretty sure it's the atty. I have yet to venture into cartomizer territory, I should, I've heard such good things about them. At this point I may just cut my losses, I really don't want to deal with the vendor, I had problems with the 901's I got from him, so, I don't know why I thought that this time would be different.

$4.99 is the cheapest I've ever heard of for an atomizer... guess we now know why Keep 'em in the "emergency ration" box, lol.

Yeah, I'd highly recommend a 5-pack of LR cartos (8-10 bucks, depending on vendor), and slap a drip tip on one. I love it.
