Very vague question.

But regardless, you’ll need wire (or mesh if it’s a mesh tank) wicking material (cotton or rayon) something to cut the wire with, something to wrap the wire around, something to cut the cotton with, Steam Engine to calculate the coil’s ohms, a trustworthy regulated mod (or other device) to read the ohms.
