Need advice on coil heads!

I've been vaping for about 6 months. I've tried a few different clearo tanks, and haven't had much luck with getting any of the replacement coils to last. It's getting pretty frustrating.

I have a Smok Aro that always has issues with gurgling. I tried a T-Dux 2.0 t try the new double coil. They leaked through after only a day or two. The old coils for the Aro fit way better in the t-dux, but still only last a couple of days. Any suggestions on brand or better equipment would be most welcome.
