Need advice on ego mega cartomizers ..

Hello, don't know if I'm posting in the right place, but if anyone could tell me the best way (or easiest way) to fill the regular ego Mega cartomizers, I'd appreciate it. I got 2 of these from vaporheads, to try out. They r one piece, came with a cap on each end. Do I need a syringe? Or are there any tricks to this? Thanks

I am not sure but I think all joyetech cartos are reservoir cartos that want a sharp syringe for filling (sharp because you actually have to create the hole) I only read the instructions for the joyetech 510 cartos at some site. If the Ego ones are also reservoir cartos then they may work the same way. I will see if I can find instructions....
