Need assist from anyone who ordered Janty's Rose, Camel, Jasmine and/or Bananna before this last re-stock

I've ordered from Janty before and the bottles were labeled more professionally. They were labeled with a grey Janty label and a clear contents title label. And different strengths were different colors. The lower the nic. level the lighter the solution in the bottle.

This order only 3 bottles have the grey Janty label, 3 bottles are missing it, All have typed white paper labels for the contents, one with a typo error.

In this ordered, I had:
3 rose high,
1 camel high,
1 jasmine medium
1 bananna low

I never ordered these flavors before, so I have nothing to compare the bottles that I received with any prior purchase of these flavors.

What concerns me is that all 6 bottles are almost the exact same amber color. The bananna has a slight peach cast to the amber, the camel is a wee tad darker, but over all they are pretty much the same color. (As stated before, other orders of other flavors were lighter or transparent when the nicotine level was lower. For instance RY4 is clear at 0 nic and with each concentration increase there is a noticible increase in the color)

Can anyone confirm or post pictures of previous orders of these flavors in these concentrations.

I just checked my invoice and noticed my received order, pictured above does NOT match the concentrations that I ordered:
I ordered three 0 nicotine in Rose, and received three high nicotine in Rose
I ordered a 0 nicotine in Jasmine, and received a medium
I am missing 1 bottle of Bananna. (I ordered 2 bottles one in the low concentration, which was received and one in the high concentration which was missing from my order.


If you just ordered March 30th, Check your orders against your invoices!

(Note: my own math handwritten on my invoice was bad when I was totaling the number of bottles. The number of bottles total should be 7, not 6. I received only 6)

Don't Parked and Janty share the same space? Janty made so many grave errors in this order, confusing 0 nic for high content nic. is a the most serious error.

To be honest, your earlier post about receiving a high dose nic, when a low dose nic was ordered, is what got me looking at my bottles... the colors, I mean... Then I was walking around scratching my head because I was sure I ordered mostly 0 nic. I'm planning on quitting... Then, I located my invoice and found all the errors and that a bottle was missing. (Janty never used to screw up like this. And, this time they did not put an invoice in my package either. All the times before they did put an invoice in the package, but not this time. I printed my invoice from my email copy of the invoice.)

Janty, 3 had your grey Janty labels and 3 had no grey Janty labels, and there were no loose labels in the blister pack either. In post 1 you can click on the thumb nail and see exactly how they looked. In post #2s thumbnail you will see how I was sent the wrong concentrations and was shorted a bottle.

All our bottles carry a sticker with TASTE and DENSITY. Did one of the stickers come off maybe?

I bought Janty liquid from Parked and I bought clove. The label said JANTY on it. I did NOT say the density nor did it say the flavor. It just says JANTY. I ordered medium from Parked. What I got sent must have been 24 or higher because it literally put me on the floor. My heart was racing so bad. When Parked and I talked about this on the phone, he said there could be a POSSIBILITY it did get mixed up. In anycase, this needs to be rectified. My bottle is sitting right here and it says JANTY. It does not say Clove it does not say the mgs.

Janty, I don't know if you are understanding what happened.

Click the 1st thumbnail. That is what was sent to me, exactly how I received it. (3 of your Janty labels were missing). The contents were identified by name/flavor and High, med or low on pieces of glued on paper.

Now click the second thumbnail, it's my invoice.
I ordered:
3 rose 0 nic; I got 3 rose high nic
1 Jasmine 0 nic; got 1 Jasmine med nic
2 banannas, 1 high & 1 low; I got only 1 bananna low (the high nic bananna was missing from the order.)
I ordered 1 camel high nic; I got 1 camel high nic.

LuckySevens4U, I have a Clove high nic from a previous order. I attached it below, see if your color is the same color amber, because the concentration of this one is high. (Sorry about the lines. I've got fluorescent lights and they do that to the photos sometimes)

Yes, I sent an email tonight when I discovered the errors. (And, I would have posted in your forum, except your rules say you can only post positive thing or else you are permanantly banned from your sub-forum)

And, I posted because it is important for people to know to check their items with their invoices especially when several errors of 0 nic to a higher concentration are made. I think you can understand why this information is important to other forum members as a precaution to keep them and their little ones safe.

I would say it looks like that, mine is quite dark and amber. I have no doubts it's high and was not the one I ordered because I've told you what it did to me. How many mgs is their high anyhow????
