Hi all.
I am having some issues.
I've actually had my first bottle of US ejuice (unicorn milk) and I'm running it on a subtank with .5 occ vertical coil.
The smell of the ejuice is really nice but as soon as i vape on it, it was so harsh that my throat gets really sore. And I don't really get the taste from what i smell neither do i get any milky or creamy flavor. I just keep coughing on it and I don't know what's wrong.
Running at around 25 watts.

a prebuilt coil head? first of all, if you didn't prime the coil first and perhaps vaped on it to quickly , you might have burnt the cotton and once you do that its a goner. I know some heads can be defective right off the bat so I would install another coil and make sure you prime her up( maybe you already do and excuse me if that's so) and give her a couple minutes and give another try, it wouldn't hurt to lower the wattage a little for the first couple vapes. besides that this has happened to the fault of a bad connection between mod and tank once, the mod was cheap and when the 510 pin was depressed further up, it let out a major burst of power or instantly shorted the coil. I adjusted the tanks pin in a little and it never happened again, since then I tossed the mod. the tanks was fine however and never had that happen again.

also some coils just don't wick nicely on thicker juices so I was curious what your PG/VG mix is on the flavors you are using. I had read where some people have drilled small holes in the Kanger occ coils to better the wicking process because they were having the same issues with thicker juices.

very true and perhaps it is the reason, I am not familiar with the juice in mention , so am unsure as to the ratio.
