Need forum help please

Well I would like to post a question in the The Flavor Apprentice Flavoring Thread but I do not seem to have permissions I have 15 posts so far and I have subscribed to it.

I really want to place an order but need answer to a question first and I cant ask the question what do I have to do to be able to post in that forum.

The forum resets at, I think, 25 past the hour. A few more minutes and you should be good to go.

I believe I read the server resets .25 after the hour and it updates. Should be able to within 3 minutes. I'm waiting on the same to add my quit smoking banner. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong
