Hello, I received my very first order from GV the other day, which was a small order I placed consisting of 2 Vivi nova 2.5's. I also got a provari V2 in the mail this week. My only experience with vaping has been with Blu premium100!!! So I took a big jump you could say.

I would like to hear from Provari owners (or employees) on which tanks, carts, attys they absoluetly love so I can place a BIG order from GV! Are there any accessories or adaptors that would make my vivi nova 2.5 look or perform better on my provari?

I don't have juice yet, I wasnt expecting GV to be so fast with shipping!! My VN arrived before the juice vendors lol. GV is awesome.

Also, one wierd thing I noticed. I placed the VN on my provari to check the resistance and it reads like 3.0+ ohms, but isnt it supposed to be 2.4? Atleast thats whats written on the side.

I'll be the first to throw my 2 cents out. I recently got hooked on the SplitFire tanks. Sit well on my ProVari and just plain work well. Very well. You have to at least try one of those. I recommend the magic yellow.
I pretty much went the same path as you but it took me two months to step up to the ProVari. Started with Blu which I was thrilled with at that time and quickly evolved. Your stepping in at a good time. Lot's of new stuff coming in the near future.
Good that you found ECF and Got Vapes early on. Lot's of good info. I was vaping around 7 months before I came across these forums.

Sometimes it'll read higher then what it's supposed to be when the heads are brand new. Use it for a little while and after it's kind of 'broke - in' it will read the 2.4 it's supposed to be. There's nothing wrong with the head, it IS in fact a 2.4 ohm :)

I "third" the recommendation for the Splitfire. I have a V2 and a Mini......I use vivi novas, mini vivi novas, and now the splitfire. I just ordered 2 more splitfires for a total of 3, and have 6 each of the vivi novas. Anything else I have is just sitting in a box gathering dust since I found these. All of these devices are super easy to clean and maintain, will give you great vapor, and great taste. There are some really cool rebuildable (build your own wick and coil) devices....but I'm just too lazy to do that when these things work so well. The other device I have my eye on is the Raven, when the new cartos arrive.

A Vivi Nova sits on top of my Provari about 80% of the time. I like its simplicity and ease of use. Flavor, TH and capacity are adequate. The tube screws into the top and bottom caps, so I can pick up the Provari by the tank without worrying about it coming apart and dumping all the juice.

The only other tank from GV I tried is the Hyper SRT. I looks great on the Provari but I did not like the way it vaped. It screwed down too far on the Provari and the airflow was blocked. I ended up converting it to a Genesis style tank and it works good enough that I'm considering getting another to convert.

I could not have said that better myself..............

You guys are awesome, if I put your names in the Comments/Special Instructions box of the order form as a shoutout, will that be appreciated and understood or is that field for the shipping label? :)

AG51: Thanks! Yeah now its starting to read the right ohms, around 2.7.. You're right, it just needed breaking in. Btw, I noticed that if I put the provari down for a few hours and check the ohms of the VN, it will say 1.0!! I tried twisting and turning the VN but the only way I can get the provari to readit properly in that case is to pull out the battery and put it back on. Strange :/

The 2.4 ohm vivi nova heads always read ~2.8-3.0ohms on both my and my gf's provari v2's. IMO they are pretty accurate so maybe the heads resistance is a bit off. I just turn up the voltage a bit and keep on vaping. I still use my vivi nova when out of the house, its a great tank.

I appreciate the input about the SplitFire. I recently obtained a ProVari and have been trying out different cartos/tanks. I've had the SplitFire in my shopping cart for a few days trying to make up my mind whether it was worth it or not. Thanks....
Get it...I just got one today, and I like it better than my Vivi Novas :) Just dont buy them all before I place my next order for more :p
