Need help/advice Vivi Nova

Ok so I heard so much good stuff about the 2.5 version so I purchased one, but having a heck of a time with it. The vendor says on the site "This is the version 2.5 with long trimmable wicks and air holes by threads." If i look at mine the air holes are by the tank base. also the pic of them on the site the heads are in like a large carto condom, have 3 wicks and you can see the resistance rating on them. Mine are in little baggies, have 2 wicks and NO rating on them.
To make it worse I fill it up for the first time and it starts to flood bad until ~ 1mL leaked out. sounds like im trying to drink the last bit of a milkshake when vaping it.

Sounds like you got a knockoff version. Make sure you're getting your stuff from a reputable vendor selling genuine Vision products.

I agree with ninjuh. They pulled the ol switcharoo on ya. I'd send that right back to them and either demand a genuine Nova or a prompt refund. You should be pleased once you get a hold of a real Nova. They're not perfect but they work pretty darn good.
