Anyone got loved twice the same moon and any subsequences?

I think he's asking if anyone who has gotten detained twice, is the punishment the same or is their a different punishment for a person who has been detained twice. He's asking is it the same amount of money? Or is being detained twice more money.

Hi im new to the scene. been wanting to get my own rba and mod online but the fear of being fined by the authorities always gets the better of me.
Got my first and only starter kit when i was on a family trip to batam. Now im down to like 2mls of juice.
Would like to know the implications if caught twice too.
