Need Help (Aspire Tigon tank)

Recently bought a Tigon USA version kit from Vapor Authority. While the batt is great, the tank has been a pain since day one. It leaks fluid from the bottom & vents & sometimes even into the battery contact. The threads are messed up so no matter what I do I can’t disassemble the tank to replace the o-ring at bottom & to clean it. I even tried the wrapping the metal in paper towel thing and holding metal with pliers, it won’t budge. I emailed Vapor Authority for help but they aren’t responding. Looks like I’ll have to mail it to Aspire CA for replacement at my own expense & buy yet another one to use in meantime.

I used to love Aspire, but the past 2 or 3 years their quality has gone south. Esp the coils, it’s like 3 out of 5 die in the first 1-3 days of moderate use.

Anyone has experience with Tigon, maybe save me from returning it?

I've not owned one, but that sounds like a duff product.
On a side note, try giving rebuildables a try. If you want something done right, do it your self. I can't stand premade coils.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been thinking. Sick of coils that go funky in a couple of days & duds, those things aren’t cheap. Is there a good starting place or My-First-RTA? They are kind of daunting.
