You’re going to have to buy more and stronger nic or keep your flavoring to 5% max.
Having a hard time finding stronger nic in canada right now didn't stock up enough any leads to stronger nic would be appreciated thanks for helping

In your place, I would order 100mg/ml nicotine in VG.
You may need to order a bottle of 100% VG and 100% PG if you are needing a precise final ratio.

Can't do this recipe with 20mg base. You'd need 52mg base minimum for this exact recipe in order to get 18mg final result.
That's a bummer. Delosi (NacBase.com) says they ship worldwide, but they do state restrictions apply to some products (Shipping & Returns). Even if they will ship 100mg to Canada, the next question is, are you willing to take that risk of being sent to the gulag.
You can get an 8mg 50/50 juice with 10% flavor using your 20mg PG base. May need to up your wattage and maybe even go DL to be satisfied.
Agree with UncleJunkle, not possible with only 20 mg in PG.
To be able to use your Nic-PG bottle, can you buy 20 mg in VG? If you mix them you can get a 20 mg PG-VG (50/50). From there, you can make your mix with the desired strength.
