Hiya folks,
I've got a few ce2's that I've used for a little while that have nutty/tobacco flavors pretty much ingrained into their dna. I'd like to use a couple of these for minty/fruity flavors but I don't want to have to vape through a couple fills of "mixed flavor."
Here's what I already do. With my Storm tank and clearo's I take the guts out of the casing, rinse the wick under hot water for 1-2 minutes, pat it down with a paper towel and dry burn it until the coil is clean. With the metal cased ce2 carto's I cannot get the metal shell off, so I give them a regular carto flush, let them dry overnight and then dry burn the gunk off of the coil.
Here's what I can't do at the moment. I can't use pure PG because I don't have any, nor can I get my hands on PGA in the state of Ohio.
I do have white vinegar, Hydrogen peroxide, the ability to boil water, you know, the usual. If anyone has any tips, tricks, hints, or sure-fire methods of getting the old flavor OUT, I'd really appreciate it.
