Need help contacting JoyeTech

I got a defective istick (510 connection) and need to contact joyetech because the online vendor will not respond to my emails. I filled out the joyetech Contact form but at the Verification Code it keeps telling me that "Y[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]our input has illegal characters". I have no clue what that means. I input the code numbers and believe they are correct (there's no option to get another verification code to input). I cannot get past this step, making it impossible to contact JoyeTech.

Can someone here let me know if there is another way to contact JoyeTech?

Illegal character means a text that is not allowed by the form. So anything like ? or ! or a capital when they want lower case, or a letter 'O' when they want a number '0', etc.

You could also use the email info@joyetech.com and see if you get any response from that. My guess isi they can help you from there, but I haven't tried it myself.

P.S. The security code under the scratch off is 4 groups of 4 numbers formated like so;
