need help, ex marlboro menthol lights smoker looking for liquid that can replace analog

hi, i;ve been smoking for more than 10 years and i always smoked either
lucky Strike methol lights
or
marlboro menthol lights.
my friend just introduced me to vaping
and i really want this to work
but so far i still can't find the liquid that satisfy me enough for me to leave analog completly.
normally i smoked analog 1 pack a day
marlboro menthol lights or lucky strike menthol lights.
so in liquid, how many mg nicotine should i get ?
and please refer me to liquid that taste as close as possible to the analogs that i smoked
or at least can satisfy me to leave analog.
i've tried several liquid and spend few hundreds bucks and still can't find anything that can satisfy me.
relly badly need some helps.

Welcome to the forum 10DeeQ! I too was a menthol cig smoker and tried several juices that worked okay. Hangsen Menthol was available at my local shop, so that's what I used for the first couple of months to get off the cigs.
If you can get delivery from Mount Baker Vapor where you are, you might want to try their Extreme Ice flavor. It's become my number one juice to give me that menthol kick that I want.

I went completely away from tobacco flavors and havent looked back.

(Although I do like the Mount Baker Ice I was not a menthol smoker.)

I too am a newly quit smoker, analog free for a month. Vaping for 3mos. In my experience the juice flavor doesnt satisfy the analog crave, the nic level does. 18 mg for me to start, i was a pack a day smoker. Im down to 12mg now cuz i wanna vape the yummy flavors more often than if I would puff an analog. Spent a LOT of money on a shoebox full of a variety of juices for only vaping for 2-3mos. I stepped up quickly from an stock coil kanger w ego battery, to aspire nautilus tank, to mech mod & IPV box mod n building my own coils & dripping. I like my IPV mini w nautilus tank for on the go filled w 12 mg CUTTWOOD Sugar Bear. Changes depending on the day, so the 6 mg bottles I was first advised to buy will stay steeping in the box until my nicotine need lowers

Most important is an actual tobacco recommendation for you. I like USA blend by Mount Baker and add your own preferred amount of "ICE" flavor Sometimes menthol tobacco flavors are "minty" and buying online is iffy as you can't sample it like it a vape shop. Good luck.

Maybe give your self some time to sort things out. Some people go to zero cigs the day they start vaping. Others make a transition. I thought I had to have tobacco flavors and latter found I prefer flavors with coffee and chocolate themes. My nic levels girated wildey in the first weeks, first too much, then too little, etc. I had to adjust to the liquids, which made me slightly queasy for the first couple weeks. It was hard to tolerate the way vaping delivers nic in the early weeks. I got over all that. I smoked my last cig after 6 weeks of vaping. I needed that time to get the vaping thing working. I'm still getting better at it. I finally settled on 1.2 nic and vape on a Nautius mini and an Atlantis. I like and use both.

It may be that you are craving one of the many chemicals that are in analogs. I went thru about 6 weeks before those kind of cravings went away. I wish I good luck. U got good equipment so just find a juice u enjoy and vape on. It gets easier every day. In addition I found non tobacco juice to be more satisfying for me. YMMV

I started off with 36-38nic and tobacco flavors (Dekang/Hangsen). That lasted about 2 months. Then the cravings for analogs were pretty much gone.Right now I'm vaping 24nic. It, for right now. Seems to be my sweetspot for a while. In the future I will step down even more. It's just if my body wants to or not

about the nic mg,
as i post before
i smoked 1 pack of marlboro methol lights a day
when i bought a liquid i tried 6 mg nicotine as i thought its the "light" version of liquid too.
but why after chain smoking a normal analog i feel ok
but after vaping about 10-15 pull, i get a headache ?

Up your nic level for now while your body is getting rid of the poison that the analogs created. I started with 36-38 nic when I quit and I'm down to 24 nic after 570+ days.
Your chain vaping I would assume is because your only using 6 nic. Your body is looking for more. Up that nic level and things should even out for you.
