Does anyone know where to find those little black battery operated atomizer/ohm meters???? Every place I look is out of stock....is that the story everywhere?

I am making coils that don't show up on my high end (provari) meter!

Depending on your version, you should be able to turn the volts all the way down and get an accurate reading. If not, your ohms are much lower than you probably want them to be.

Checking ohms with the voltage too high will call security in a heartbeat.

I have my Provari V1 set to 3.3V and I can not get it to see the coils......I may be really low ohms on my coils, but I was wanting to see how low so I can bring it up a bit....I don't really want to do sub Ohm as I think that is a bad idea for the batts in the Reo.

I am using 32g kanthal and 4 wraps on 2,5mm silica folded in half. Vapes great but I have no idea how many ohms it is. I do have some 28g wire coming and going to try the micro coils, I know those will read higher ohms and still vape great so that may be the answer for me....

I am still wanting one of thos meters as the Provari I think has a cut off on the ohms it will read.

Not sure on the V1, but my V2 Provari will still read the sub ohm coils even though it errors out if I just try to fire it. It will give an E1 error if I just fire it, but if I keep going through the menu to the read atomizer ohms function, it will give me a reading. Might try it if you have not already.

I looked at all my bookmarked vendors and it was out of stock. Then I did a google search, went to the vendors listed, out of stock!

My guess is with so many now doing the RBA's they have grabbed them up.

Sorry I couldn't find one for you!

Yeah I tried that.......I am just going to give up the ghost and go to town and pick up another multimeter, I think it's just easier. I will make sure it is not nicer than my previous meter so hubby doesn't "upgrade" again!! I just want to make sure I am not stressing my batteries and my Grands guts.

Karen...Thanks for the effort....i had done exactly the same thing with google and it was a no go....the rba craze has depleted the stock for sure!
