Need help finding this image!

Ok, i've been seeing this image on The I.T. Crowd for a solid 4 years now, and i finally broke down and tried looking for it, gearing up for my chuck purchase. Unfortunately, google images and other such sources have not been very helpful. I've a screen cap, and someone is selling a tshirt of the image without the background...:

any help is greatly appreciated. Yes, i know it's similiar to the TW logo, but this is what I want on my chuck, purely unadulterated. I think it would make for a pimp PV.

That was QUICK! Awesome. Yes i'd prefer it with the multi-colored background, but if that's what i got then that's what i got. Actually, come to think of it, i'd prefer that one without the bg, so i can photoshop out the wrenches and in a soldering iron and a screwdriver
