NEED HELP IDENTIFYING A MOD/SETUP - pic attached

Hello all
I am looking for a mod that will fit my ego threaded heads but still in small form. I came across this pics and noticed the setup on the far left.
it appears to have an evod head attached to the mod.

Anyone know what this mod is called? where to buy? this size is perfect for what I want and appears to fit an evod head, which I have many of.

Don't know for sure but it appears to be one o those new Segelei Vmax telescoping types.

It's most likely a Sigelei. A few of the sigelei mods can take both 510 and ego threads.

That is a Smok telescope in stainless. This model has the nifty blow out strips.

the third from the left is a sigelei zmax v3 it also has ego threads and works great with evods, (that's my outside setup)

I was wrong, it looks like a Sigelei TELESCOPIC-6.

Here in the Philippines, they call that PV a "Teletorp" or simply "Telescope," I think.

+1 on Smok Telescope. sigelei does have one too, but i think that particular one is the smok version.

Sigelei also has some mods that can accomodate wider ego theaded devices. the 8W (caravela clone) has a removable top cap that can either hide or expose the ego threads. so if your using a T3 or similar and it wont fit through the recessed area of the top cap, you can just unscrew that portion.

so i purchased one of these telescope mods from smoktech, but there is no ego threading!! with a 510 to ego adapter, there is a sizeable gap that doesn't look anything like that pic above.
anyone have any suggestions as to super short 510 to ego adapters or some other type of head I can put onto the battery cylinder of the telescope mod?
