Need help! (ipv2s)

Such a simple issue and I can't resolve it.

I had to replace my ipv2s battery and got the screws off fine. Did something wrong and have to unscrew it, and the screws wont come off this time.

Sounds like you may be using the wrong sized screwdriver. If the screwdriver head is too small you strip out the center of the screw, if the screwdriver head is too large it won't engage the screw head.
If the screwdriver being the incorrect size is not the issue then yes, you have stripped the screw threads or the screw head.
